1. For the waterpot, construction paper, two pieces of heavy string, whatever color you like for the bucket.

2. For the well, cardboard, felt pens or crayons in whatever color you like.

1. Trace the waterpot onto construction paper, cut holes in the top of either side, attach a piece of string to either side.

2. For the well, trace it onto cardboard, color it whatever color you like.

Explain to the children how the Lord Jesus and his disciples went to Samaria, how the Lord Jesus grew tired and sat on the well. Explain how the Samaritan woman came to the well, and how the Lord Jesus asked her to draw water for him out of the well. Explain how the Lord Jesus told the woman that the water from the well would make her thirsty again, but how he could give her living water. Explain how he told the woman all about herself, and how she believed that he is the Christ.. explain how she left her waterpot behind and went and told the people in the city about the Lord Jesus, and how they came and many believed on him too.
